Thank you for choosing Blyse, an interactive AI character-based social experience. Please review this User Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully, as it governs your use of the App. By accessing or using Blyse, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the App.
1. Introduction to the App
Blyse is a mobile application that enables users to:
Engage in simulated conversations with AI-generated characters
Explore emotional and social interactions through text-based dialogue
Customize personalities and build immersive, personalized experiences
There is no specific narrative or theme — the journey is entirely shaped by how you interact.
2. Who Can Use the App
To use Blyse, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country)
Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. When you do:
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Keep your login credentials private
Take responsibility for any activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach this Agreement or abuse the platform.
4. About AI Conversations
Blyse uses large language models to simulate lifelike dialogue with fictional AI characters. These characters:
Are not real people and should not be treated as such
May express a wide range of fictional personalities, styles, and emotional tones
Can generate unpredictable, unrealistic, or inappropriate responses at times
The App is for creative entertainment and emotional exploration, not for therapy, advice, or real-life decision-making.
5. What You Can and Cannot Do
To ensure a positive environment for all users, you agree to:
✅ Be respectful and constructive
✅ Use the App for lawful purposes only
✅ Report content or behavior that seems harmful or abusive
You must NOT:
❌ Attempt to misuse, exploit, or “jailbreak” the AI
❌ Upload or request content that is illegal, violent, explicit, or discriminatory
❌ Reverse engineer or copy any part of the App
❌ Pretend that AI content is generated by or about real people
6. Privacy and Data Collection
We collect and use data to improve the App, such as:
Your interaction history with characters
Technical information about your device and usage
Optional user settings and preferences
We do not sell your personal information. For any data access or deletion requests, please contact us at blyseishere@163.com.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in Blyse — including software, character templates, AI models, branding, and interfaces — is owned by us or licensed to us.
You may not:
Reproduce or distribute App content outside personal use
Sell or monetize AI-generated dialogue
Claim authorship of AI characters or output
You retain ownership of your original inputs but grant us the right to use them for improving services.
8. Updates and Availability
We may make changes to the App at any time, such as:
Adding, modifying, or removing features
Updating AI behaviors and performance
Patching bugs or improving user experience
These changes may happen without notice. We’re not liable for any disruption or content loss that results.
9. Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees that:
Conversations will be accurate, reliable, or emotionally appropriate
The App will be available 100% of the time
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, including emotional harm, lost data, or indirect losses arising from your use of the App.
10. Termination
You may stop using Blyse at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach these terms
Your behavior poses a risk to others or the platform
Termination may result in loss of access to your conversations or settings.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
